How do I choose my hat size?

Selco hats are designed to fit your head perfectly. To select the size that is right for you, please follow the instructions on our sizing page.


What happens if my hat does not fit properly, or if I wish to return it for any reason?

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you wish to return your hat, ship it back to us within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Returned hats must be in original condition, and must carry all store tags. See our complete Merchandise Return Policy. Or call us at 845-354-1771.


What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.


Is it safe to use my credit card over the internet?

Yes. All transactions at TheMensHats.com are safe. We ensure your safety with Secure Socket Layer technology. When you enter your credit card information, it is encrypted (coded), so that no outside party can access it. If you still feel uncomfortable about sending your credit card information online, you can order by phone, at 845-354-1771.


Will my privacy be protected?

Yes. TheMensHats.com will not share, sell, or in any way distribute our customers' names, e-mail addresses, or any personal information to outside parties. TheMensHats.com may on occasion send customers promotional e-mail announcing seasonal specials or sales. Such messages will always include an option to refuse future e-mails.


How much will I pay for shipping and handling?

We offer two shipping options:

    2nd Hat - Free

  Express Shipping

    3-5 Business Days

    Add $16.00 to Standard Shipping Charges


What if you are out of the hat I ordered?

We carry a full stock of all the items posted on this website, and expect to be able to fill your order. If, however, we find that the item you ordered is no longer in stock, we will contact you via e-mail within 3 days, and issue a prompt refund to your credit card.


Can I track the status of my order?

We will send you an e-mail confirming your order, and another e-mail when your order has been shipped. You will also receive a UPS tracking number, so that you can check on the status of your order at UPS, online.
